The
recently concluded EU-Vietnam FTA is likely to increase
Vietnam's exports at the expense of other developing
countries, triggering competitive policy shifts inimical
to long term development. In India, it is likely to
be exploited by a neoliberal government to push its
agenda to sign similar agreements.
